
Self-care is not an indulgence, it is a necessity and a priority.
Calling all my ladies out there: This month is all about you! March is the month of Women’s History and International Women’s Day, where the women are commemorated and comprehended for their contributions to the world. This year, most will celebrate by appreciating and honoring women they love and respect. Others will express their gratitude with gifts such as chocolate and flowers. And us, women, will celebrate with some ‘me-time’ and self-care.
This March, get into the routine of practicing self-care every day. Anything you do to care for yourself physically, psychologically, and emotionally is self-care. It is different for everyone, but for it to be considered self-care, it must improve your health and happiness. You can start simply by completing one small goal or task each day, weaving it into your daily routine.
Let’s proceed day by day.
March Self-Care Calendar
MARCH 1: Set your goals for the month.
MARCH 2: Take a leisure walk.
MARCH 3: De-stress today with your favorite activity. Be it sleeping or dancing.
MARCH 4: Pamper yourself. Get your nails done and feet massaged with Ellgy Plus.

Do keep in mind that you do not have to follow this calendar completely or in this exact order. Feel free to switch it up according to your interests and schedules.
